The terms for using Jobzeniq’s job discovery and candidate services.

These terms cover Jobzeniq, operated by Ellvero Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Contact hello@jobzeniq.com for general enquiries, support@jobzeniq.com for assistance, and privacy@jobzeniq.com for personal-data requests. Use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms and are at least 18 years old.
What Jobzeniq provides
Jobzeniq helps you discover job listings, maintain a candidate profile, save opportunities and track your job search. Our coverage is limited to the sources we include. Employers control their vacancies, eligibility requirements, application process and hiring decisions. We do not guarantee a job offer, interview, listing accuracy or continued availability.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and do not let another person use your account. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@jobzeniq.com. You may close your account through profile settings; deletion is permanent in the active service.
CVs and candidate content
You retain your rights in the information and documents you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display them as needed to provide the features you choose. Only upload material you have the right to use. Review extracted profile details and exported documents before submitting or sharing them; extraction can be incomplete or incorrect.
Listings and applications
Verify job details and availability on the original employer website before applying. Applying through an external website is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Jobzeniq does not act as the employer or guarantee an external website’s conduct. Report suspected fraudulent, misleading or closed listings with their URL to support@jobzeniq.com.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit misleading information, harass users, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. Do not use personal information obtained through the service for unsolicited marketing or other unrelated purposes. Respect applicable law and third-party rights.
Ownership and third-party material
Jobzeniq branding and original service materials belong to Ellvero Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or their licensors. Job descriptions, company names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or a recruitment partnership. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Availability and account restrictions
We may change features, correct listings or interrupt access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We may restrict accounts involved in misuse or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law. Contact support@jobzeniq.com if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.
Fees and employer services
The current candidate service does not require payment. Any future paid feature will disclose its price and separate purchase terms before charging you. Employer enquiries can be sent to employers@jobzeniq.com; any employer contract or billing arrangement will be with Ellvero Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibility and applicable law
Use reasonable care when relying on third-party listings. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory protections and remedies available to you under applicable law. Contact us first to seek resolution of a service concern.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
