Information you provide
We process your email address and password hash to maintain your account. If you provide them, we also process your name, contact details, location, work preferences, CV, profile photo, education, employment history and skills. Saved jobs, application-tracking entries and alert preferences are stored to provide those features. Support correspondence is used to respond to your request.
How we use information
We use account information to authenticate you, protect the service and send verification or password-reset messages. Profile and CV information supports your candidate profile and document features. Uploaded documents may be converted into text to help fill your profile; you must review the extracted details before submitting them. We use saved-search preferences to provide alerts you request. We do not make hiring decisions for employers.
Technical information and cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your choices. Service logs may include IP addresses, browser information, request times and errors for security and troubleshooting. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions. You can change optional analytics consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already performed.
Service providers and international processing
Railway hosts our application, databases and private candidate-file storage. Zoho Mail handles account email and correspondence. Google provides optional analytics. These providers process information to deliver their services, and processing may occur outside your country, including in Singapore for our hosting. We disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate misuse and protect the service.
Employers and external websites
Job listings come from company career boards. Following Apply opens the employer or applicant-tracking website, whose privacy notice governs information you submit there. Employer logos may load from an external image service, which receives the request information needed to serve the image. Sharing a job link does not include your candidate profile. Review any document or profile before sharing it yourself.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while needed to provide your account and requested features. You can delete your account from profile settings after confirming your identity; successful deletion removes account-owned records and uploaded files from active storage. Support correspondence, security records or information subject to legal requirements may need separate retention. Deleting live data does not immediately erase copies in any existing backups. A fixed backup-deletion deadline is not currently configured; contact privacy@jobzeniq.com about retained copies and your request.
Your choices and requests
You can review and edit your profile, manage alert preferences, change analytics consent and delete your account. Contact privacy@jobzeniq.com to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a concern. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. Some features cannot operate without the information they require. Applicable rights and complaint mechanisms depend on the law governing your request.
Security and sensitive information
We use access controls, HTTPS and private storage for candidate files. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload passwords, government identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for a job search. Please notify support@jobzeniq.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Children and updates
Jobzeniq is intended for adult job seekers, aged 18 or older. Contact privacy@jobzeniq.com if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may update this notice as the service changes, and will identify the updated date and provide additional notice where required.
